When you first created your website, you probably included a couple of pages about your services and your contact details. You could also add:
About us
Tell readers who they’ll be doing business with. You could include a biography, your story and your profile picture.
For example, if you are now a buyer’s agent but started out as a real estate agent, you could tell people what motivated you to become a buyer’s agent and what the differences are between sales and buyer’s agents.
If you have a great story and you’re unsure how best to approach it, contact Hunter & Scribe. Because it’s not our personal story, it’s easier for us to extract the important information and write a concise ‘about us’ page for you.
Frequently asked questions
Clients tend to ask the same questions, so make a list of them and answer them on your website. Then update them as the questions or answers change.
For example, a financial planner could answer the question: “Is now a good time to invest in Australian government bonds?” The financial planner could then give a time-sensitive answer and update it whenever the economy changes, or give a timeless answer that lists the pros and cons of investing in government bonds.
If you don’t have a list of questions, Hunter & Scribe can help. We can source a list of frequently asked questions about your industry (and answer them for you).
