How your real estate agency can build trust with vendors through your website content
Vendors don’t hand the sale of their property to the first real estate agent they find. They research, compare and judge – and your website is where much of that judgement happens.
The content you publish on your website must build the confidence that leads to contact.
Before a person picks up the phone, they’re running through a mental checklist. “Can this real estate agency get me the best price? Do they know my suburb? Have they done this successfully before?” Your website content needs to answer those questions directly and honestly, without resorting to vague claims about being “passionate” or “dedicated”. Every page, every blog post and every piece of digital marketing copy on your site should be answering a seller’s concern.
The challenge is resisting the urge to write about your agency. Instead, write about your vendors’ situations. An agency that explains the five factors most likely to affect the sale price in a specific suburb is more credible than one that simply lists its services.
