Black Property Central Coast is a small business that manages and sells residential & commercial properties. It’s owned and run by a husband and wife team Paul and Lauren Black who, between them, have over two decades worth of knowledge and experience in real estate.

And since their doors opened three years ago, the positive customer reviews have just kept rolling in. These positive reviews have helped them increase their visibility, all without them spending much on marketing. Black Property Central Coast has been propelled up Google’s rankings despite the search engine giant frequently changing its algorithm and “keeping them on their toes”. 

Paul and Lauren’s proactive and genuine approach to customer service has helped them organically build their rent roll to over 300 properties. And that then adds up to a lot of branded signage that people can’t help but notice. 

This proactive approach extends to their website too. There are two extensive FAQ pages with detailed information on the rental process aimed at both potential landlords and clients.  

Investing in technology and an improved digital presence 

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an obvious impact on Black Property Central Coast’s ability to offer inspections to prospective tenants. As such, they now offer 360 Degree Virtual Tours for all their properties on their books. 

Paul has been working on improving Black Property Central Coast’s digital marketing, particularly their website and social media presence. They are currently updating their current site so they can increase their client conversion rate. 

He says that as social media is so huge they’ll also “be engaging with a social media expert to create them a sales funnel to capture leads and increase conversions.”
